GE x Lenny Letter

Objective: GE wanted to drive awareness around their commitment to supporting women in science and technology and ultimately empower more women to enter the S.T.E.M fields.

Strategy: I led ideation with GE and Lenny Letter (Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner’s now-retired e-newsletter) to create Lenny's first ever branded themed newsletter—The Women in Science and Tech Issue—which aimed to surface thought-provoking conversations on the impact of female leaders in science and technology.

Inspired by GE’s very own female leaders, Lenny explored compelling stories from a range of female voices in two special-edition themed issues. Over the course of one week, features included an interview between Lena Dunham and GE Vice Chair Beth Comstock, a futuristic sci-fi narrative penned by up-and-coming writer Alice Sola Kim, an interview with the founder of Girls Who Code, Reshma Saujani, and GE technology-inspired illustrations by Rachel Levit Ruiz.

Highlights:The Beth Comstock interview received an astounding 52K+ social engagements (likes, comments, shares) and the campaign was covered on Mashable
